EIMS Level 5 280 Queen Street

Work is to start for EIMS with the concept and design being based on the other EIMS offices in Miami, England and Spain. The idea behind the design is to promote comparable office spaces in each location. The office is to be fun and exciting with the use of bold company colour’s and spaces where staff can relax and enjoy their environment.

 

Alfred Nathan House

Working alongside Hawking Construction Cemac are contracted to renovate the interior partitioning and ceilings while adding new office space and an access floor to level 3.

Other projects underway are: Small alterations at 27 Nugent Street, Auckland 315 Rosebank road offices, Avondale.
