Our client wanted to upgrade this tired classic into a contemporary central office building. Our role was to gut and refurbish all spaces over the 5 levels to an open shell ready for tenant fitout.

The building has taken a new lease on life with fresh, modern spaces ideal for anyone from corporates to niche tenants.
