Pengelly's (Work in Progress)

The Pengelly's logistics group are relocating its head office to the architecturally iconic building at 29 Mahunga Drive. The building was designed in the '70s by Neville Price from Price Adam Dodd Architects.

Our project has been to refurbish the building to a current standard. This includes the construction of a new external lift and staircase structure, as well as the corporate fitout and general services upgrade.

Cemac and Pengelly's have worked with Kay and Keys Architects to design the refurbishment while keeping within the classic building structure.
