The company changed ownership 10 years ago when the management buy out by the current directors, Owen Noonan and Derek Finnigan, put the company back into private ownership, from it’s then corporate Carter Holt Harvey ownership.

Cemac specialize in the completion of quality commercial interior projects.  Our fitout, refurbishment, shop fitout and hospitality skills are further enhanced by our product agencies in office workstations and seating, storage and shelving solutions, and raised access floors.  This enables Cemac to offer a complete turn key operation to a client or the ability to put together services to suit a project’s individual needs.

There is a complete range of contract options available including traditional contracting, fee based project management or a construction management type arrangement.
