Cemac Auckland

I first met Derek from Cemac in late October 2009 after having been badly let down by another company with unreasonable demands and ever-shifting goalposts.

Cemac and Derek came recommended from a friend of a friend.  After the trials and tribulations of dealing with someone else, his refreshing approach did much to rebuild my confidence.  Within a week I had a detailed quote and within a week of resource consent the job had started.

My architects and I had planned a complex look (and build!).  The ceiling and floor were stripped by Cemac and we were ready to go.  Despite the occasionally glitch, Derek and his team were able to resolve issues quickly and problem solve appropriately.  They subcontracted wisely and my medical practice was ready to go in six weeks from start to finish.  The ceiling was particularly ‘different’ and I was delighted with the quality of the work despite the complexity.

The minor ‘defects’ issues were then resolved and I found Cemac to be flexible and thoughtful in any issues that required discussion.  Whilst I have learnt a lot from this project, I am glad that Cemac made it as anxiety-free as possible,  The architects were also happy that their vision had been realized and best of all it was done without any major dramas.

Voyager, New Zealand Maritime Museum contracted the services of Cemac Commercial Interiors to undertake a substantial part of the redevelopment that the Maritime Museum had planned for upgrade of the Edmiston Gallery.

In all phases of the discussion, design work and finally the implementation we found that the professionalism and delivery of all aspects of the redevelopment were undertaken with speed and efficiency and within budget.

The Maritime Museum would not hesitate to undertake the services of Cemac Commercial Interiors as a professional company ready to deliver what the customer wants.

The Maritime Museum is delighted with the finished product that has enhanced the gallery space into and international standard gallery featuring many important art works and artifacts.
